An important message to the families we serve,
As you all know our country is currently facing a serious health crisis -- different than any of us have seen in our lifetimes. It’s a time when we need to pull together. We’ll need to make changes in the way we live our lives to limit the spread of the disease and protect the most vulnerable members of our community. Some of the changes won’t be easy and some may be painful.
In response to guidelines from the health authorities we’ll also be making a few temporary changes to ensure the protection of both our staff members and the families we serve. For the duration of the crisis our offices will be open only by appointment, and processing times for some documents may be slower than normal. So, please call ahead! (Of course, we’ll always respond immediately in the event of a death.)
One thing that won’t change is our commitment to provide the best service possible to the families who call on us in their time of need. That’s been constant for over a century, through floods, depressions, tornadoes, blizzards and other disasters. Working together we will get through this as well.
May God bless you and your families,
Jack W. Stickle, II
